What makes PMA so different from other techniques?

Happy businesspeople showing thumbs up signThere are many different therapies, methods and techniques available to help us deal with health, relationship and behavioral problems. A lot of them are really good and effective and a great help for many people. However, new discoveries are made every day in an ever-faster pace. One of the results of the many recent discoveries and researches about our brain is combined in a technique called Progressive Mental Alignment® (PMA).

PMA is not for everybody because it goes a lot deeper than other techniques. It is common knowledge that most people do not search for the objective truth, but for the confirmation of their own existing beliefs. But for those who look for answers and solutions on a deeper level, PMA is the answer. EAZBEAMM8AS9

On a regular basis I hear questions like: “What makes PMA unique and how does it differ from other techniques like NLP, The Journey (Brandon Bays), NAC (Tony Robbins), EFT, The Work (Byron Katie), EMDR, Avatar, Mindfulness, Psychoanalysis, NEI and many other methods?”

Explaining in detail the exact differences between PMA and each of the many therapies and methods that are popular right now would result in a complete book.

Instead, let me explain what makes PMA so unique. First let me say this, the best way, by far, to understand the essential differences and feel the power of PMA is to personally experience PMA in a session. If you’ve already tried so many other techniques, you will instantly notice how, where and why PMA differs from them all.

PMA is unique and/or differs from other methods in the following way:

It has to be clear that a bad cluster is NOT a suppressed memory! The bad cluster is the underlying root-cause of the suppressed memory. In most other techniques the therapists are happy and satisfied once they find these suppressed memories and their session ends there. In PMA revealing the suppressed memory is the starting point. Without transforming the root-cause of the suppression the real problem is not solved. That is why so many people fall back into their old habits after a while, or experience even more problems than before.

Let me summarize some of the other unique aspects of PMA:

Many people look for so-called ‘enlightenment’. You will never reach that state as long as your bad clusters are still active and control your thinking, feelings, decisions, actions and behavior. PMA can transform your active bad clusters.

There are many other smaller differences, but I believe this blog pretty much sums up the major unique aspects of PMA. Like I mentioned before, you will only really understand PMA once you experience it in a personal session. Many clients came to me with the belief that PMA looked like another method they tried. After experiencing PMA in a session I, so far, have never had a client that did not say: “PMA is really different and goes faster and deeper where no other therapy brought me before.”
