What makes PMA so different from other techniques?
There are many different therapies, methods and techniques available to help us deal with health, relationship and behavioral problems. A lot of them are really good and effective and a great help for many people. However, new discoveries are made every day in an ever-faster pace. One of the results of the many recent discoveries and researches about our brain is combined in a technique called Progressive Mental Alignment® (PMA).
PMA is not for everybody because it goes a lot deeper than other techniques. It is common knowledge that most people do not search for the objective truth, but for the confirmation of their own existing beliefs. But for those who look for answers and solutions on a deeper level, PMA is the answer. EAZBEAMM8AS9
On a regular basis I hear questions like: “What makes PMA unique and how does it differ from other techniques like NLP, The Journey (Brandon Bays), NAC (Tony Robbins), EFT, The Work (Byron Katie), EMDR, Avatar, Mindfulness, Psychoanalysis, NEI and many other methods?”
Explaining in detail the exact differences between PMA and each of the many therapies and methods that are popular right now would result in a complete book.
Instead, let me explain what makes PMA so unique. First let me say this, the best way, by far, to understand the essential differences and feel the power of PMA is to personally experience PMA in a session. If you’ve already tried so many other techniques, you will instantly notice how, where and why PMA differs from them all.
PMA is unique and/or differs from other methods in the following way:
- PMA is the only technique that works with the phenomenon of bad clusters and their physiological codes
At the time the other well-known techniques were developed, the existence of bad clusters and their coding systems as well as their strong negative impact on our health and behavior were unknown. These other methods were therefore unable to include a technique to detect and transform bad clusters, especially because they were not aware of the existence and negative power of these recently discovered bad clusters.
- PMA does not add new programs but removes sabotaging programs from your subconscious
Many of the existing and well-known techniques add something to your daily programs and routines. Think in this regard of NLP-like conditioning techniques, repetition of affirmations, exercises (physical and/or mental), constant focusing on making difficult changes in your behavior and many other added programs. PMA detects hidden programs, called bad clusters, which unrightfully sneaked their way into our subconscious. Once the content of these bad clusters are detected, the subconscious will transform the sabotaging power of the bad cluster into positive, healthy and inspiring energy.
- PMA is a non-directive method
In PMA we exclusively work with what the clients themselves bring up from their subconscious mind. No diagnoses are made, no counseling or advices are given, and no conclusions are drawn. It is the client, and the client only, who draws all conclusions and decides what to do or not to do with the revealed memories.
- The transformation of a bad cluster is a one-time process
The detection and transformation from a bad cluster into a normal cluster (correct coded memory) is for each bad cluster always a one-time process. No repetitions, no conditioning, no affirmations or emotional digesting processes are needed afterwards! The negative physiological power of the bad cluster will be permanently gone! The subconscious mind automatically takes care of this after the content of the bad cluster is revealed. A bad cluster can never be a bad cluster again after it has been transformed into a cluster.
- PMA begins where most other methods end
In an effortless and fast way, PMA will reveal so-called suppressed or repressed memories. But what is much more important than that, PMA will lead you, from these suppressed memories, to the root-cause that forced you to suppress them in the first place and subsequently remove that root-cause permanently. PMA will show you how and why certain events, or parts of an event, are suppressed through the power of active bad clusters. Once these so-called suppressed memories are revealed to the conscious brain, the PMA process begins with uncovering the underlying cause, the content of the bad cluster, and transforms the bad cluster permanently.
It has to be clear that a bad cluster is NOT a suppressed memory! The bad cluster is the underlying root-cause of the suppressed memory. In most other techniques the therapists are happy and satisfied once they find these suppressed memories and their session ends there. In PMA revealing the suppressed memory is the starting point. Without transforming the root-cause of the suppression the real problem is not solved. That is why so many people fall back into their old habits after a while, or experience even more problems than before.
- PMA gives you more energy and a better health
Explanation: The transforming process of bad clusters releases a lot of positive energy that was previously used to suppress the physiological power of the bad clusters. This released energy is now available to create a direct positive effect on your health, energy and vitality.
- PMA is entirely based on the ‘language rules’ of the subconscious
Let me make a comparison with a computer. Your computer will only give you the correct answers and solutions if you use the same language that is used by your computer. Computers have their own digital language. If you do not correctly (type the correct commands) approach your computer programs, you will not receive the correct answers and solutions. Our subconscious mind is a kind of supercomputer. It has its own basic language rules. Know, respect and use those rules and you’ll get the answers you’re looking for. So far, PMA is the only technique that respects and uses all presently known subconscious language rules.
- PMA is the only method that provides insight into why and how the subconscious brain always assigns two important codes to all sensory information (every detail we see, smell, taste, touch, hear and feel)
The first code is called the “absolute value code” and it determines the identity of the sensory data. The second one is called the “relative value code”, which is a physiological code that determines the importance level of that data to you. PMA will show you how this principle is the foundation of how we create awareness and how we create all our beliefs, actions and behaviors based on these two codes.
- PMA allows you to understand the possibilities and limitations of other therapies, methods and techniques
PMA will allow you to understand the subconscious and physiology on a completely new level. Once you totally understand all the ins and outs of PMA, you will be able to explain exactly why and when other techniques will work and why and when they cannot work. This includes therapies like mainstream medical science, acupuncture, homeopathy and most self-help methods.
Let me summarize some of the other unique aspects of PMA:
- PMA provides the only method of understanding how and to what extent bad clusters sabotage your emotions, beliefs, decisions, actions and behavior.
- PMA is the only method that can reveal and resolve the real cause of psychosomatic illnesses.
- PMA is the only method that allows you to understand the huge implications of our genetic protection mechanism, in PMA called the “Friend mechanism”, and the only technique that shows how you can cooperate with this mechanism instead of fighting it, like other techniques do.
Many people look for so-called ‘enlightenment’. You will never reach that state as long as your bad clusters are still active and control your thinking, feelings, decisions, actions and behavior. PMA can transform your active bad clusters.
There are many other smaller differences, but I believe this blog pretty much sums up the major unique aspects of PMA. Like I mentioned before, you will only really understand PMA once you experience it in a personal session. Many clients came to me with the belief that PMA looked like another method they tried. After experiencing PMA in a session I, so far, have never had a client that did not say: “PMA is really different and goes faster and deeper where no other therapy brought me before.”
